The Clubhouse is a drop-off play and enrichment space in Phoenixville for ages 4 to 12. Foam pit, turf, real projects, small groups, run by educators. Kids come for School Day Off Camp, Sunday mornings, crafts and birthday parties. What they practice while they’re here is sharing, waiting, speaking up and losing well.

Why it works
It looks like play. It works like practice.
Kids don’t learn to join in, calm down or stick with something hard from being told. They learn it by doing it, over and over, with someone nearby to coach. Every activity here is chosen for the skill underneath it.
What they see: the trapeze over the foam pit.

Why an educator built a play space
Kids are expected to share, wait their turn, lose well, speak up and bounce back, with few places to truly practice the skills we want and expect of them.
I spent 13 years in education assessing and observing kids, writing recommendations, and as a parent getting those phone calls we all get from school from time to time. We see kids struggling, but what can we do? The Clubhouse is the practice space I kept wishing existed.
Every session here is designed by me and run by educators who believe that at the core every child is good, sometimes they just need a little support along the way. It looks like the best part of their week. Underneath, it’s the stuff that sticks.

Call 610-390-2873How does School Day Off Camp work?
Pick the dates you need and book them online. It takes about two minutes. Days run 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with extended day to 4:00 PM for $25 more. Pack a labeled water bottle, a lunch, and a snack; we’ll tell you ahead of time if a date needs anything extra.
How does Sunday Morning Drop In + Play work?
Pick a Sunday and choose 1, 2 or 3 hours between 9:00 and 12:00 when you book online. $25 for one hour, $45 for two, $60 for three, and $5 off a second sibling. No membership. Pack a labeled water bottle and a snack. All friends must be bathroom independent.
Which school calendars do your camp dates follow?
Our dates line up with the days local schools are off. You don’t have to attend a specific school or district to book. See a date your school is closed that we don’t have listed? Reach out.
What if my kid is shy or slow to warm up?
That’s most kids on day one. The opening activity is designed for it, and every kid is welcomed by name. Parents tell us the shy ones are the ones asking to come back.
What’s included in a birthday party?
Ninety minutes, our crew leads it, up to 10 children: foam pit, turf games, then food and cake in the party room. $400, or $450 with a craft built in. You bring the cake, food, drinks and decorations; pizza and water can be added. Request your date online and Nicole confirms, usually the same day. A $100 deposit holds it.
Is it really screen-free?
Yes, 100%. The whole point is hands-on making, movement, and real connection. No tablets, no “movie day” filler.
Who’s actually with my child?
Groups of 8 to 10, one Clubhouse educator each, in a space founded and overseen by Nicole Weirich, a bilingual educator with 13+ years of experience and an M.S. in School Psychology.
